Meet the owners of T.A.C.T. St. Louis! Rabia is a lifelong St. Louis resident, and Ali was born and raised in Manchester, England. Prior to starting T.A.C.T., Ali was a Contractor, and Rabia had her own Chiropractor business in Town & Country. Both Rabia and Ali volunteer at a charity funeral home, helping prepare the deceased for burial at no cost. They also both volunteer at an animal shelter, walking dogs. After years of volunteering, they decided to help their community in a different way and started T.A.C.T. St. Louis. They are passionate about helping Missouri residents during their greatest time of need.
